Why here rather than at the foot of the tower

Table service, a tablecloth, a proper glass. You sit down, you order, you talk. Still the simplest way to make an hour last.

A few minutes on foot from the towers, and the noise of the esplanade stops. That is often why people come back.

Quiet enough to talk, whether you are four or twelve. One of them can be booked privately for a team lunch.

From six guests, a quick call lets us prepare the room and keep service within the hour. One set menu for the whole table also makes the bill simple.
